185.5 kg Giant Tuna Steals the Show at the 10th Anniversary StafuPro Tuna Masters TEOS 2025
This year, under the main sponsorship of StafuPro, hosted by Teos Marina and under the auspices of Seferihisar Municipality, the 10th StafuPro Tuna Masters TEOS 2025 Fishing Tournament concluded with a spectacular award ceremony after four days of thrilling competition.
Having become one of the largest offshore fishing events in Turkey and Europe, the first leg of the Tuna Masters series was held with the participation of 50 boats. Despite challenging weather conditions, skilled anglers chased giant Bluefin tuna.
Biggest Catch of the Tournament: 185.5 kg
On the final day of the tournament, the BLUEFIN Team landed a Bluefin tuna measuring 235 cm and weighing 185.5 kg, earning the “Biggest Fish” award. This massive catch left an unforgettable mark on the 10th anniversary of Tuna Masters TEOS.
Overall Results
• Overall 1st Place: Bluefin Team – 846.6 points (43.5 kg and 97.6 kg Bluefin)
• Overall 2nd Place: Fiume Team – 332.4 points (55.4 kg Bluefin)
• Overall 3rd Place: Anatoli Team – 261 points (43.5 kg Bluefin)
The awards were presented by Teos Marina General Manager Faruk Günlü, Port Director Ahmet Olcay, and industry representatives.
10th Anniversary of the Event
Organizer Murat İyriboz stated, “For 10 years, we have been used to catching many and giant fish in Teos. This year, the sea and weather conditions were quite challenging. However, the 185.5 kg giant tuna was a truly unforgettable fish that crowned our 10th anniversary. The points earned here will carry over to the Raymarine Tuna Masters Alaçatı 2025, to be held on September 18–21. That’s where the champions will be determined.”
