Your personal data may be collected through our website, social media accounts, promotional photo and video shoots, e-mail, telephone, fax, CCTV and license plate recognition systems, official notifications, contact forms, job application forms, contracts, insurance policies, mooring records, and software/applications used by TEOS MARINA—based on the legal grounds stated under Article 5 of the Law.
4. Processed Personal Data
Processed personal data may include your name, surname, ID and passport numbers, nationality, gender, date of birth, occupation, tax number, tax office, vehicle plate number, e-mail address, phone numbers, credit or debit card information, insurance details, name of your workplace, information related to your boat or tender, place of residence, billing address, and the identification and contact details of your guests, captain, or boat crew.
5. Recipients and Purpose of Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, in line with the purposes stated in this notice, to our board members, group companies, consultants, lawyers, business partners, suppliers, software providers, public institutions and authorities, relevant chambers and foundations, internal and external auditors, banks, insurance companies, and IT service providers in order to ensure the continuation of operational processes.
6. Data Processing Activities in Commercial Areas
Within the boundaries of Teos Marina, security cameras and audio recording systems may be used in commercial areas such as parking lots, restaurants, cafes, and stores. Limited data may be shared during campaigns, sweepstakes, or events.
Depending on property ownership, video surveillance records obtained via security cameras may be processed by Teos Marina. These monitoring activities are limited solely to public safety, crime prevention, and facility security. Teos Marina shares personal data within the scope of its own campaigns, sweepstakes, events, and similar activities only to the extent required for such processes and strictly within the limits of the stated purposes.
7. Retention Period for Personal Data
Your personal data will be stored for the period stipulated by applicable laws and regulations or, if no such period is stipulated, for as long as the purpose requiring the processing of the personal data continues to exist. Once this period expires and/or the processing purpose no longer exists, the data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by the data controller.8. Rights of the Data Subject
